Categories for the awards need to be clear, understandable and ‘jargon free’ to engage students

Categories work well when they are relevant to your institution and student body; this enhances the ‘student-led’ nature of the awards.

Project partners used specific problem areas for their institution and existing student feedback on teaching to decide on the categories to use in their awards.
